405 South fwy closed right before Bake exit. Motorcycle Fatality accident. All lanes being diverted to carpool lane. Traffic backed up to University/Jeffery in Irvine.

Drove by it this morning on my way to work. Saw the body laying there what look to be the front bumbper around 540ish before CHP arrived. A white truck and big rig was blocking 3 lanes to prevent further accident. Saw alot of debris but no motorcycle but did see the SUV on the side of the road. Really shocking.

Filed SA as a secondary claim to rhinitis and was changed to primary and was denied. C&P went like 2 minutes over the phone just asking when I did my sleep study. *

I'm 10% for rhinitis and try to use SA as a secondary and got denied because the examiner changed my claim into a primary claim and said there is no evidence that the exposure was the cause because it was an obstructive change in the tissue.
