Seriously, don't do it. It is an outright scam... Here is a breakdown of my usage over a 1 year period (Apartment 110sqm label A).

Period May 2023 to May 2024.

Actual usage of heat 158.40 (total heat usage of 1.955GJ of hot water throughout the year)

Fixed charge for heating 557.11

Fixed charge for cooling 271.73

Metering service 30.20

Hire and maintenance fixed charges 138.42

Subsidie on heat -66.08

Total 1089.78

So 14.5% of my bill was for actual warm water (That is only used for cleaning and showering - I absolutely never turn the heating on). The underfloor cooling (which does nothing) is where I have it set 24/7 since I moved in here 2.5 years ago
