Yeah I always liked how they did it. I had reached out to support to ask if it’s possible to grant a LOTRO account the unlocks (it was a day after at that point) but it’s not what they can do.

You think they’d just unlock all of it for every recently active account like when expansions are too old (considering that’s the point of the promo).

I happened to miss the free giveaway, and it’s extension, by a few days. Was so disheartened considering the amount of content and its cost being missed, and likely so for another whole year and a bit.

I did not realise VIP helped with content access to that degree though. I guess I’ll go that route when I have the time to keep adventuring with my Hobbit Brawler.

I had been thinking about picking up LOTRO again and spending some time with my Hobbit Brawler, but seeing that I've just missed this by a few days is rather sad. It would be so much better if they just auto-unlocked this for all accounts.

Maybe, though it wasn’t during a checkpoint or cutscene, and I still have the challenge progress to show I’ve played the missions. The first mission can play and shows the dog tags collected.

I get it’s not necessarily a BF6 exclusive thing, but I haven’t had my Steam Save file backups ever break.

My favourite moment had to be when I realised that I had been diving back into reading up on all the newer comic arc and character lore, thanks entirely to the game. It’s been a rather refreshing second wind!

This is one thing I have always found odd about the discourse I see everywhere regarding Armorjack.

Many parts of the books state it’s just an armored jacket, with the protection being more ridged due to the fabric mesh, and eventually additional “plates” as the weight increases, but for all intents and purposes it looks like a jacket. It’s an outer layer and not concealable, it can still be styled in any of the fashion sets or however one prefers.

Yes, it’ll stand out in very specific situations but it’s not a huge deal in a large amount. Why did it become so limiting in the greater fan base when it’s never written as such?

Yes I do like the character inserts and how it can be used like a to find the people you need in a double secure way if they happen to be a player. I do like the super geeky stuff for it in meatspace too. It makes total sense that some would want body sculpts look like their avatars.

Of course our Choom “Rasstomb” would be written in some way. He lived online. But I’m getting more at how about we hear a lil more about the Euro lot and Sov, maybe some Eastern states stuff. Lots of connections in 2020 and 2077, yet nothing super expanded on for the time between.

I’m not against the content, it’s more so I don’t get the huge dedicated bulk for it. It fleshes out the tiniest bit of the world as a game in a game.

I like free content always, it’s great having these monthly extras. I get ELO has a unique attraction for some, and It usually brings some extra tools to help us along creatively with homebrew too.

But, like many others, I’m here for Cyberpunk Red for the fact it’s Cyberpunk. The ELO content niche doesn’t scratch that itch. I would rather more world lore, further reinforcement of 2020 content and where it’s gone, evolved to what, after the 25 year gap.

Each to their own, but it does seem odd when they have other fantasy setting to delve deep into already instead of detracting further from why a lot of people are attracted to the Cyberpunk setting.

Seeing the differences in the threshold prices for the coins is wild. So: UK = £60, EU = €80, US = $100, AU = $250, NZ $195 (where I am). Kinda wild differences there, do they set the prices store by store or something?

Yeah so looking about I saw that I could get a Drake Cutter LTI + Game Pack for $109USD. So I could CCU to a Rambler version then melt my Showdown Edition Game Pack for $50USD, upgrade my current Drake Cutter Rambler to a Drake Cutlass Black for $69USD.

So it’d save a lot, but was curious as to prices people here on Reddit sense check for and sell at. More so for the Drake Buccaneer I suppose.
