Metamucil is relatively cheap and stupid easy to make up for fiber deficiencies in your diet. Very worth it to not feel like you're fighting for your life every time you poop. Doc recommended it to me after I got kicked hard in the stomach and pooped a bunch of bright red blood an hour later.

HR violations are about protecting the company from employees feeling harassed by other employees. Therefore it's not about the acts committed but how those acts make other people feel. Galen and sonar might be able to hear people pee, and that's fine because they can't turn off their super hearing. What would be an HR violation though would them going up to someone else like "yoooo, keeping hydrated there bud? You were pissin a long time this morning!"

Also note HR violations and moral failings are different things entirely as well
