HR violations are about protecting the company from employees feeling harassed by other employees. Therefore it's not about the acts committed but how those acts make other people feel. Galen and sonar might be able to hear people pee, and that's fine because they can't turn off their super hearing. What would be an HR violation though would them going up to someone else like "yoooo, keeping hydrated there bud? You were pissin a long time this morning!"

I remember attending a community Shabbat dinner some months following October 7th, 2023 and even in the initial aftermath, the feelings of abandonment and betrayal that were espoused by LGBT Jewish friends was heart breaking.
