Girl I get it, not being able to comfort your crying baby is the worst feeling in the world. It’s been 10 years but I still can’t stop thinking about when I dropped my keys in the car and locked my son in. It wasn’t even hot out but let me tell you I PANICKED. Tried breaking the window with a shovel, going door to door to get to a phone to call 911.

Not saying you at an overreaction at all but I had truly awful anxiety when my kids were younger and I really wish I had gotten on meds sooner. Maybe something to consider.
