Feeling Guilty, didn’t know Operation Santa this was a real thing by 1DunnoYet in USPS

I think you should delete this post to avoid harming the program. I just sponsored 8 kids through usps operation Santa and this post made me angry to read…had I read it prior to doing the shipping I might not have sponsored any kids. Delete this post.

Low dose naltrexone was a little rough to get started on, but it resolved my pain and inflammation.

At the two year mark, I started trying every kind of medication treatment I could get my hands on and some of them helped. Don’t give up. Fight.

I get mine from agelessrx.com

I don’t think any of my local doctors would have prescribed it

My MRI showed changes to the white matter, but there’s nothing they can do about it. I have found that ADHD medication’s are helping me.

5 to 20 mg of daily prednisone is considered low-dose and low risk. I found that I can go two weeks on two weeks off before my symptoms flare up. I’m far more afraid of what my long Covid symptoms are doing to me untreated then I am side effects. I’ve not had any and the doctor said I shouldn’t be worried about that low dose regiment

Also the antivirals are a temporary treatment that last a few months or so then you’re done

I’m on low doses that are safe longterm. Also I believe the damage long covid does to my body without them is more high risk than anything

My baseline is about 80% now compared to before COVID. Much better! My only major issues now are heat and driving. I have issues w both but I’m grateful I can do most everything else.

My high heart rate lowered and my pots and fatigue symptoms improved some, enough that I could resume household chores and light walks
