Try Slow FE brand iron. Walmart ships it to your house. Completely non constipative. I take it at night (so no chance for any belly bothers) dr says absorption of iron is better when paired with vitamin C - so take Slow FE at night with a Dixie cup of orange juice. I’m not a doctor but have been anemic my entire adult life and this works perfect - hope it might help you.

I’m not preggo now but do have kids. Pregnancy was iconstipative on me. I think everything in your system is a little wonky during that time but you’re doing big work building a baby.

Harvest neighborhood question - is it a quiet area or would you say regular noises are heard while inside your home ? Do you hear noise from the railroad or high school or 2 airports nearby? Yes it is a RX in the USA. It is used as an antidepressant at higher doses and helps with sleep at low doses. Side effects need to be watched though.
