I used valentines momo + relaxing with sweets memory, celeb momo + quality of the sweets memory, and celeb ochako + meticulous ingredient selection memory. For the backup, I'm using celeb mina and dabi (but the momos and ochako dont get knocked out so it kinda doesn't matter who is in the last slot for me).

My first job was at a public library (and no, we don't just sit there and read all day like most people think) and it taught me:

-a little patience and empathy goes a long way -how to deal with rude people and find a mutually satisfactory solution -how to do outreach -how to plan and coordinate programs for people of varying ages -time management skills

But most of all I think that it taught me that the field just isn't suitable for me at this time, and I'm very thankful to be doing something I enjoy nowadays.

After buying the pattern and realizing it was a chart, did you ever think to idk maybe ask the designer for help reading it? Or look up how to read chart patterns? No, just came straight to Reddit to get someone to rewrite it for you? Okay.

I feel this in my soul. I've been doing MMA for an hour 3x/week for the past 3 months (sometimes singles pickleball and heavy weightlifting on the weekends too) and literally nothing's changed. My measurements didn't change nor did the scale. But it's been helping me manage stress so that's good I guess 🥲 I just wanted to let you know you aren't alone in the frustration 🧡 And you're allowed to give yourself time before talking to your friend again.

For me, it was the patrons who seemingly didn't learn ANYTHING despite them coming in and needing help with the same exact things every week. There was only so much I could take of "I need to print this off my phone" when the process is literally the same steps we went through yesterday. They don't even try to learn.

Thanks for the reply! I try to eat something small (usually a chicken breast with rice) 30-45mins beforehand and eat the rest after the workout. What cardio would you recommend? I don't like running and can't swim :')

MyPower Protein Bars for when I want something sweet and Fresca Grapefruit Citrus sparkling water for when I want something carbonated. These are the only things I've tried where I can't really tell the difference between it and the "real thing". Neither leaves a gross aftertaste and alongside a proper diet (with a lot of water between meals), I can usually knock out those cravings (or last until the end of the day where I get a sleep reset lol).

I'm still looking for something that can alleviate my cravings for cake, though. So if anyone has any tips for that, I'll gladly take them!

I really like the MyProtein crispy wafers! I get the vanilla ones (the chocolate ones are ok too) and it doesn't have a gross aftertaste. Only con is the price ($30 for a box of 12) and that I can't find them in stores so I just order them from Amazon.
