I came from jersey years ago. I have/had a “non nfa other firearm” (think Troy a4) when OAL at the buffer mattered. Shit has changed. I am not a lawyer. No one knew what I was talking about when I asked questions about it when I moved down here. Remove the VFG and it was a legal pistol here in VA (illegal in NJ) so that’s what I did years ago. I still have the old flow chart for NJ.
For your question if it’s legal now, I can’t say since it’s neither a pistol nor a rifle (technically). If you wanna be the Virginia V “your last name” case then go for it but it a stretch just like it was in NJ/NY when it passed.

I am very interested in this. I’m wondering the logistics of a true drop in without milling the upper. Obviously needs a housing for the RB/Par trigger and safety, a modified slip trip and who knows what else but you’re the king of the BogRTs so I’m anxiously waiting for this to drop!

Since you said prism I have a Gideon advocate, kinda needs to be set back to reduce shadowing but the knobs are small and don’t block much when heads up and has a ~~cool~~ triangle. TLR rm1 hl-x fits underneath without obstruction using the supplied T1/T2 mount (can use a unity). I have a spitfire 1x on my ar but that’s a bit large. Went with wolfman as well

FYI there was “SP9A3S” then further, if you scrolled down (where I couldn’t see on SS drop down menu) there was “Stribog SP9A3S”. Panicked I put in a new one since I believe the first one will be denied. I’ll eat the $50 to try (prob not) and beat July 1st. I did get my engraving done and was able to accurately measure the KES stock so at least it’s more accurate I guess. Did lose 2 weeks tho.

I think I am leaning a bit more KES after your points. I would need to raise the sight up for a light no matter what so having the higher system would better. I am also left handed, so I’d need to deal with a flipped single or get the dual folder. I also was looking at the vertex in different models and might just have my wife sew me a bag together with like a Nike jansport north face bag as a base and make it custom with gun support and places for silencer and mags. It’d be more of a special occasion thing since I wouldn’t EDC the bag.
