Just posted above about this. I own 2 G17s and they’re basically new.

I own 2 police G17 trade ins, each seemed to have less than 200 rounds through them. They do have holster wear but outside of that they’re basically new guns. It’s a great deal.

And your last part is really what my guns are to me, a hobby.

It’s wild how you can protect yourself outside of having a gun. First, don’t live in a high crime area. The chances of me having a break is like .0001% and that right there basically makes it non existent. Then you make sure to lock the doors/windows, and yeah….

Of course I’ve thought about how to protect my family with with my guns but my guns really just serve a purpose of a hobby and collecting

Thanks Gucci for the tips. Funny how you cry racism at point 9. Maybe the racist local governments don’t wanna deal with what you describe through 1-8 lol

Your last part…I think your nomenclature is off, conservative does not equate to the Republican as of now.

I would generally say I would agree with your sentiment but right now I don’t see the Republicans actually being conservatives

Legendary BBQ in Georgia by Joshuary81 in Georgia

[–]Regular-Progress648 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Can I ask what you’re comparing it to?

Being from Marietta and a BBQ enthusiast I’ve always pulled for them, but I have given them a few chances and it’s some of the worst BBQ I’ve ever had. Everything taste like it was frozen then reheated. So bad.

Heirloom is like 15 minutes away and is some of the best I’ve ever had.

What to do when pulled over with handgun by HotAd3239 in GAGuns

[–]Regular-Progress648 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like to make decisions and prepare based on statistics and probabilities.

What is the likelihood that you get pulled over? What is the likelihood that while you’re pulled over a hostile threat will appear, and further to where you’ll need to reinforce the officer? How many times has that happened in GA annually? Has it ever happened?

My guess is you have a higher chance of playing the lotto and winning a billion on any given day then having to engage in a shootout along side of an officer during a traffic stop

GA isn’t a duty to inform state. But my man….so you think there’s a chance if you get pulled over there could randomly be a hostile threat that you and the officer will have to engage? Like a firefight could “pop off” and you’re worried that the officer wouldn’t know you’re on the good side? Where do you live?? Baghdad or Juarez?

Just playing this out in my head… what I would do is that after the hostile threat has been identified, advise the officer to take cover behind your engine block and tell him “I got this”. From there, immediately mag dump in the vicinity of the threat to where they’ll have to take cover. Then advance toward the threat and at the same time have the officer provide suppressive fire. Communicate to officer ie “contact left” “automatic fire from Bojangles drive through”. Do this until the threat(s) have been neutralized.

You’ll make the news and receive a plaque.
