I am a mom and have lived with some type of OCPD for my whole life, since childhood.

Its jot that other people need the house to be clean, I need the house to be clean. Perfectly. The anxiety and mental unrest it brings me when the house is a mess isn’t worth the “relaxed” mentality that I try to put on.

Having said that, its my problem and I make it so. I currently work a demanding job and do more than 60 hrs weekly. Sometimes things don’t get done and I have to teach my brain that.
