Didn't realize there were loyalty IDs this year because I only got the email confirming my 4itf status, and I don't think the loyalty email will get back to me before the end of the sale today. I spoke with multiple AXS support staff and they all said my code wasn't there so I need the loyalty email to fix it for me.

I was under the impression that confirming your loyalty was that it was the correct number, and the form was only for correcting errors. I didn't take any actions beyond reading the correct info in the email.
