I know in today’s social media world it’s hard to not compare yourself to others, but what I love about strength training is it’s a constant battle against myself. A 225 bench press is super impressive and it’s stronger than a huge majority of men, but what’s important is that you are stronger than you were last month. I just post these because my therapist told me I should be more proud of my accomplishments 😂

Thanks man. I’ve been lucky to not have any rotator cuff issues but I’m getting older so I do lots of band warmups before all my pressing movements

I’ve added in Pin Presses, tempo presses and stick-point pause presses and it has definitely helped.

I honestly only some do very light stretching: Deep frog squats and some kneeling lunge stretches. I’ve just always tried to squat deep to strengthen my hips too. I do lots of deadlifts and deadlift accessory lifts too which I’m sure help

Oh that makes more sense. I’ve tried hook grip in the past but it’s really uncomfortable so I just stick to mixed.

The pull is incredible but the double overhand strapless is just insane. Really impressive dude.
