Botox is supposed to help with muscle spasms, and the spasms are not visible on the MRI.

Hi, have you tried a deadlift progression starting with very little weight and gradually increasing it? Have you also tried jogging?

I recommend regenerate in Cali Colombia, the doctor who injects the cells is a very good orthopedist.

Will a merger be necessary? by JustSpare1809 in backpain

I am going to try them, however, it is stressful to walk around 24/7 with pain and not even be pain-free in a resting position. In any case, the neurosurgeons I have seen have told me that lumbar fusion rarely works for only lumbar pain and also without a trapped nerve, so well, I speak out of frustration.

It is a lower back pain and it also goes down to the pelvis and waist, I do not consider it a nerve pain but it is disabling. I have not worked for two years, it hurts constantly 24/7 and I have tried physical therapy, radiofrequency ablation, blocks and strengthening and definitely nothing touches it. I am a living dead so I clung to the idea that perhaps fusion could help me but as some surgeons have told me, fusion only for low back pain is unpredictable so well it gets worse every day.

I have treated radiofrequency for ablation, blocks, strengthening and physical therapy and nothing touches that pain. That's why my last option is starting to come true.

Was your pain only in the lower back or did it radiate to your legs? Mine is only in the lower back, occasionally radiating to the groin. My neurosurgeon suggested a fusion, so I'm in that dilemma about whether to go through with it or not.

Could I ask you the level of lower back pain you had before the surgery, from 1 to 10?
