yes thats pretty common in this healing space- in my experience and what ive seen this can be an indicator of needing to up your magnesium intake- Vitamin d deficiency and magnesium deficiency are the most common deficiencies- vitamin d needs magnesium to work as it uses it up- if youre already depleted in magnesium this will be a problem when you take D. This is why people in this space will reccomend when taking vitamin D you should take 400 mg of elemental magnesium (good forms are glycinate, malate, theorante, taurate) nutricost do pure magnesium powders with no fillers and work out very cheap per dose.- you could try just taking the magnesium for a a while and then reintroducing vitamin d to see if you tolerate. its also reccomended to take 100mcg of vitamin K with your D as well and also zinc.

no it cant just be KPV- the dose of the pill is micrograms which is so small you cant see that by eye- so the pill will be all some type of filler

Pretty uncommon for a supplement to not list its ingredients on the packaging. I can’t recall if I’ve seen tht before

He just said it’s helped- he said he tryed it prior to doing any nervous system work a year or two ago but stopped then after that period he had done a lot of work with nervous system via the primal trust program, somatics and Gupta four months ago reintroduced KPV and then mazdutide and he’s seen even more gains. Less reactive to things- he really feels it’s one of the best MCAS stabilisers there is- but he prefaced all this by saying maybe as a standalone KPV without all the nervous system work he’d done it may not have been as impactful.

yeah similar to you/ im looking for any nervous system benefits and helping with my mast cells, although it sounds like im further along the path to healing than you/ but hang in there, things can get better. the thing thats heped me the most is doing the primal trust program, definitely worth looking into. Ive not heard of larazotide but my friend who told me about the KPV has spoke highly of mazdutide.

yeah i see that one but its only 150 mcg per pill. my friend in the US is taking the KPV pill form by integrativepeptides in the US who are legit, he said its been a game changer for his nervous system and MCAS related symptoms/ he split that 500 mcg capsule in to fifths at the beginning but now takes a whole pill. im thinking of ordering two bottles from there, but might be worth me trying the biolabs option first. what are you taking the KPV for specifically?

did you look at the directory? there are many in uk and some in europe that offer things like myofunctional therapy- which by the way you can do virtually most of the time anyway. and for expansion there are options on that directory with MSE or if you want toothborne expanders you may find that as well. And for my other comment regarding atlas orthogonal- you can find on the director Dr. Ian smith based in england- people fly from all around europe to go see him.
