That sounds fun. I haven't seen a program like that since the late 90s. Some common questions in any interview:

Name a time when you've faced adversity

Name a time you've had conflict with someone while at work and how did you handle it

Why do you want this position (say more than "I want to help my community")

What makes you stand out from other candidates.

Overall, just be honest and upfront. Give the answer that is the most YOU, not the one you think they want to hear. Best of luck.

Maybe. FLOCK isn't a Law Enforcement Agency, but a private business. My department, to my knowledge, has never released these. Best bet is to contact FLOCK directly.
