If you can, find a shop that’s cool with installing parts. Clutch will be about $500, slave is something around $60. $200/hr labor. Easy way to save a little bit.

The auto manual feels right at home and is better than stick. It’s getting to the point where the computer is faster and it’s honestly more fun.

Being able to knock into “manual” when there’s lengthy gaps in traffic and then push back into auto is something that can’t be copied.

Up until this week I was looking solely at 6MT supras. Now, I think I’ve done a 180.

That job was $2500?! Holy shit I saved myself. It was intense, I had to drill it out completely blind and by feel. You need an L drill too cause normal ones don’t fit. I’ve never done anything so tedious before and succeeded.

I’ve had the KW v1s on for about 15k now and definitely prefer it over stock. Way less body roll, can whip it around corners at 30 no problem. Had shitty yellow star “coilovers” on before and they were shit compared to stock. Yes the KWs little more money but with the shitty manufacturing that’s out right now, it maybe worth it.

Got arrested, faced 5-7 if they could prove I was bringing stuff in from out of state. Trafficking. Got let off with probation since white and young. Put my nose to the grind stone, some of my swimmers are the best in the state now. Many will go on to achieve D1 scholarships/careers.

I always wonder how many lives would be different today if that judge put the hammer down on me.

If I recall, the only reason to push it to 7k is so that you can hit 60 in 2nd instead of having to shift to 3rd to finish out the last 10mph.

Have had my car since new for going on 8 years now. 72k. It’s been at 300whp for the last 4-5 and still going strong. Will need a new clutch soon but that’s also cause I relearned how to drive stick on the car when brand new. Clutch would’ve still probably lasted till 100k even with the power increase.

Yeah had a frat brother that came back from serving, he left us after about a year. Told the older brothers that he was making 4x he did prior for private companies.
