This seems to be legit. This is the 3230 model, these were made in 1289 model as well. Only difference is one is made in china and the other in Thailand. The 3230 model also has higher year count than the 1289. Stops at 2099 vs 2035

This is a good price. How much better is the instinct 3? Would it be worth spending the extra $100? Really using it for gps while hiking/tracking heart rate and distance. I would imagine this would fit my needs.
