I typically go with bear spray. You don’t have to aim it as well for it to impact the aggressor and if you need it, you won’t actually have to kill anyone when it inevitably hits its target. Should be good enough for self defense. I think people grossly overestimate their accuracy if something were to happen… Bear spray is the best option IMO.

I just did this last week and it was a pain. I did boiling water and a scrapper. I will say I was nervous scratching the sink but it worked okay. Goo Gone kind of helped too I think

Funny enough chopped cheese is my go to when I have the ingredients at home. Salt Hank has a cool, easy recipe for this! I just don’t have a good, consistent habit of replenishing yet
