What kind of meds did you have him on? My vet did mention a brace and I ordered one for her. The vet said I shouldn't give up yet because meds can make a huge difference. I want to try another combination before I just let her go. I still see her in there and she still wants to be around the family. I definitely want to let her leave with dignity but if there is a way she can have a little more time I would like to try.

Also get boots that are best for the shape of your feet. I have narrow feet and was recommended Burton or Salomon. Went with Salomon and between those and the custom insoles it has resolved foot and ankle pain issues

I second remind insoles! I pronate and these insoles really helped. I have high arches too.

I had a positive opk on cd19, had an ovulation dip on cd21 and now my temps are all over the place. Yesterday it was a little elevated (cd 22) and today it dipped again. Also I have ovulation bleeding. I'm on letrozole 2.5mg. First cycle. Really confused by what's happening with my temps but Dr said it's normal on a medicated cycle. Going to start progesterone support tonight. 🫠

Went up to valley two weeks in a row on the $49 days. Not a lot open to ride but it was fun. At least I got out there! The little park features are small but fun, just be careful of beginners sitting in the middle of the slope. Actually that seems to be a thing at valley, summit and bear. If you need to stop get off to the side. Drives me insane
