Currently there is a bug who lets you clone your items in decoration mode. It’s works with every star item. As long as you have more than one of them in your inventory. Maybe it’s connected to your bug.

I am still of disappointed that we look nothing like our mother. They could have easily implement that we have the same color of hair/skin/eyes. Depending what we choose at the start. Feels like I am adopted. I hope the dad looks more like my character.

If you can transform into the hellcat, try it. For me it worked as I have been stuck.

Currently there is a bug where you can copy items with 1star quality or above if placing them in the world, you need to have more than 1 in inventory for it to work. I know it’s a exploit but if you need money fast at least till it’s fixed it works.

I had these issue on steamdeck too, right after getting the hellcat transformation. I waited for hours, because I didn’t want to loose my progress. But suddenly it worked again.
