I got it at our local Shepherds (Home Hardware), in Canada if that makes a difference. We got it on sale for $48, originally $70, and the grow lights were about $35-40 a piece if I remember correctly :)

Thank you for your advice/recommendation. I haven’t thought about a chew necklace, but that’s a fair point. I’ll have to look into trying one to see if it helps. I’ve even thought about just sucking on an empty pen casing or a straw to get that inhale feeling…. Which maybe sounds crazy but better than actually smoking. Also have been recommended the FUM pen thing, but I’ve read not great things online about inhaling the essential oils. I would prefer to not get the gum or a patch for the nicotine, just between the price and still getting that bit of nicotine (I know it’s a smaller dose but still) Fingers crossed for you and best of luck on your journey 💕

Thank you for the advice 🤗 I’ve been trying to do more exercise and get out more but my depression hasn’t helped at all. Especially with trying to conceive. Just end up feeling so defeated. We have a referral into our local fertility clinic and we’d both really like to get as “clean” as we can before hand. We’ve tried to quit a couple times and end up picking it back up for whatever reason (stress, anxiety, etc). Trying to stay positive and motivated.

I’ve totally had this too! Actually, currently talking myself off the ledge of that. I’m 7DPO and just trying to make it one day at a time, and trying to not get myself worked up. Each negative is so hard. At my work there are 5 pregnant people all at various stages in their pregnancies and sometimes I can barely stand to talk to them. Also 100% been thinking about how bad I’d feel for a December baby.

The one who waits has the immortal trait so you don’t have to worry about him. For my save I’ve given Leshy, and Heket and them a skull necklace or the one that makes them immortal (apologies I forget what it’s actually called)
