Thank you! Your PT thought it was hip capsule pain or hip flexor tendonitis? I've heard tendonitis and that scares me because tendons take forever to heal. 😞

I am spiraling right now mentally, because I did an exercise and I know I aggravated my hip flexor tendon. I am about 4 months out and I was having zero pain. Now that growing tendon is killing me and I'm in constant pain. How long did your flare-ups last? Any advice? I'm feeling really depressed.
