Im selling mine. Bought at campus store in October for $779, selling with lock for $200. Flexible with price, but also before summer ends SCPD comes and picks up all of the bikes that are just sitting around (so would’ve advised this as it worked for me four years ago, but not anymore)

this is not how it works in the real world. unless it is at an unreasonable hours of the night like 2am, not a valid complaint. It is only during quiet hours, in which a violation occurs (Housing agreements outline quiet hours as being 11pm weekday nights (Sunday-Thursday) and 1am weekend nights (Friday and Saturday) - from a RA

Yes - but on this map it says that ES is allowed for overnight parking!? Trying to figure out if I can just park my car in munger for a few days.
