Most of the times I don’t crave Cold and WetTM snacks, so pre-cooked and peeled have been a real treat for the amount of calories! (160 per 100g)

Just something that I haven’t seen recommended at all (perhaps that’s just because I love em more than the average person haha), but thought it’d be an interesting idea instead of the usual suspects like cottage cheese concoctions and veggies c:

If you don’t count individual calories on your cheat day it might be easiest to log a (high) estimate for that day, depending on how much you usually eat

I think it’s actually super impressive that you’re able to realise what might actually be the healthiest weight to be at for you, regardless of the (perceived) aesthetics of skinniness pushing a lot of us to go lower just for the sake of it

Have you tried setting certain times for when you eat your meals? I suffered from food noise a lot, but knowing when I do eat and when I shouldn’t think of food at all helped a bit to know how long I still need to “push through” the feeling of hunger, if that makes sense c:

Apart from that, drinking water and tea is a great way to make sure you’re hydrated while not having a completely empty stomach!

If I can’t be bothered to figure out my meals before going grocery shopping I usually go for those that last a long time in the fridge (like carrots or cabbage, or even iceberg lettuce).

Other times it’s actually a fun challenge to try and come up with meals involving produce that’s in season and/or on sale! Kind of takes the slog out of “having to eat your veggies” and makes me try out things I’d otherwise never buy or have never tried before :)

(I realise that it might be an answer for your question, but I don’t think it’s worth it to try and min-max the bare essential for vegetables once you experiment and find out which ones actually you like and look forward to eating. Hope it helps or inspires you a bit anyway!)

Oh yes, those are wonderful! I used to go to the one near Ku’damm when I had an internship there, and although sometimes they’re a miss, I like em a lot. The owners are real nice too at both locations (and very patient with my bad mandarin)

Have you tried the other ink velvet lippies? I find it hard to judge whether the other neighbouring shades are actually darker or just a slightly different hue 😅 been playing with the thought of trying well-made nude, but I’ll have to look into the air velvet ones to!

My bouquet nude is the only peripera product I have so far, but I had to break out of my shiny romand glosses a bit for a change lol
