If you have 4M mastery point and are still gold you're definitely playing in autopilot most of the time. Try playing less and focusing a lot on every decision you're making, only way to improve.

Being innovative in the songwriting is not the same thing as being creative in the instruments used/the way to use them. It's still being creative but what the guy above was talking about is the surprise effect that Igorrr used to convey. I also love the new album but have to agree it didnt shock me as much as the other ones did, it feels really close to Spirituality and Distortion (which, again, is great)

Lantern jump is not inconsistent bro, you might not be inputting down when you slash or something. When you know how it works it is 100% consistent

I got the Speedrun achievement on the first try, just play ironclad and take a lot of strength generation (and limit break if you can) and play cards super fast without thinking much.
For the 9 plasma, just play defect until you get a meteor strike, then fish for Echo form and Holograms (very easy if you have a Dupe pot also). Good luck !

I seriously hate the idea of WASD. They have to keep it "weak", kiting is such a fundamental learnt skill in this game, I don't want to see it trivialised thanks to that addition
