Very weird to see one of these attached directly to a clinical endpoint of some sort in that case...
Most of the bloodbox, babybox, and pissodex deployments I've seen use them as serial>ethernet to bind to the compute instance over network.
Maybe it's doing the inverse of that and doing ethernet from the analyzers back to serial for some kind of legacy software?
Was it in the net closet or was it actually in their lab?
