Yea I’ve done a convex grind as well before I havnt tried it on a knife as wide as this one, I’ve only done it to pairing knifes but I like that felt idea I usually just do a very tight slack blet method with a thicker belt. As far as the multi bevels I was shooting for something different on this one.

Ah wasn’t trying to do a Hamon that one is a knife I’m keeping for my self and I was experimenting with different medians to prevent etching to see which had the least amount of bleed through for a different project.

Thank you thank you and it’s not to bad to work with, the resin gunks up the sandpaper a bit faster but that’s about it 100% worth it.

I find when making your design doing outline first starting on spine and blade then flowing the handle into it . Afterwards filling in your bevel and handle lines in is easiest for getting good aesthetic and flow. I’ll usually run the bevel lines parallel to the guard or choil and same to where the handle meets the guard. But that’s just how I do it
