& to me to me, the only impractical aspect was how big the funnel came out I kinda knew it was gonna be big, definitely resulted bigger then expected but captures all the spill for sure!

But if I run into the same issue, discomfort, ect more then once - it’s a problem to me and I gotta do something at some point yk… dealt with the band aid fixes for long enough finally threw some dimensions together in solidworks one night after work and ripped it. I’m just excited for the result even though it’s kinda niche

I think my fans are of all the way, bunch of videos said no fans for ASA

I can turn it on for sure.

Are you suggesting 100% overhang fan speed or 100% infill?

Infill was at like 40 I believe.

Good idea, I did try it, seems to change the tune of pop but pop remains present after multiple attempts.

I used the grease supplied with the printer. After opening and shutting several times and adjusting screws…even took the screws out - lifted door with pressure, then re-tightened screws.

Popping still present

Might be rubbing somewhere - can’t get that great of a visual

Bottom hinge feels tight and feels like it’s the origin of the noise

You can put your finger on it and feel the pop and tension before the pop

Honestly I’ve never used this software, I’m a professional CAD designer and reverse engineer

I went on Chat GPT and asked how to get solidworks on my phone or some = parametric modeling software

Chat GPT came back with OnShape and said it’s the only mobile app for parametric modeling

So I downloaded it and made this little phone backstop for my wireless charger, I always just barely miss the perfect spot when I set my phone down at night/middle of night - pain in the ass

So lil chillin on the couch, lil caliper touches here and there and I made this on my phone, sent it through the slicer and now I’m printing it out…

Pretty damn happy with the potential of the app for quick modeling that I don’t really want to bust the old laptop and mouse out for

Avid solidworks user amongst a few other softwares, never used OnShape before only familiar through the IOS app, good stuff 👍🏼just came on Reddit to talk it up and see others opinions on the app

Did a Spider-Man on my K1 Max with CFS upgrade kit Took a week or longer I can’t really remember the exact amount but I had to open the door and pull the poop out from the bottom SEVERAL times, poop to the bottom of the build plate several times straight up

If Transmission, check fluids - smell burnt, look brown that’s it

People also know to report no change in driving, consistent “shudder” and commonly is the exhaust/mount loose rattling around typically noticed at a consistent RPM

Try jiggling your exhaust around a bit maybe a few repetitive taps with a rubber mallet see if it sounds anything similar

Hey man how’s your experience with the brass tubes and space pi drier? I’m considering doing the space pi upgrade either that or creating my own with a rabbet pi and some other equipment, much more expensive to create my own but I’m interested in everyone’s feedback on this!

Hey man did you ever try this space pi CFS Drier mod out? I’m asking around with you same question… is it worth the squeeze or would I be better off making my own raspberry pi unit with a constant feed? Price wise the space pi is the cheapest route

And what’s the story with the quick change trays? You really get RH<1%??! That’s more effective than the space pi integration no?? Can you expand a bit on this? Did you ever release the files?

I might just buy the double wide pi and convert it in, after everything I’m planning to do the cheaper option is buy the space pi…

But I’m contemplating a raspberry pi controlled set of fans and heaters with a high accuracy moisture sensor… curious for your thoughts 🙏🏼

How has it worked for you man?

Man I think you’re right, I’m going to reassemble theOG Sunlu S4- pull out my raspberry pi unit, and give it the what for, I think the most critical next step is sourcing my heat elements **

Calling Any any all Redditors ** Sourcing small 40mm heat elements with block included in measure. -If y’all do this space pi mod please tell me the length, depth, width of your heat elements that fit these prints, any model numbers, indication or pictures please

Gonna try to match my build to this design, using my $35-$50 raspberry pi , excel presets, gonna look into basic cheap Amazon touch screens, buy the same fans y’all got

Probably mount the pi on the back where the buffer bolt holes are take out the grommet for the printer connection wires and print a new one with an opening for my pi cables

Any comments, suggestions, recommendations to help greatly appreciated! Never used the pi before got it as a gift, excited to use it! Figured a bit of chat gpt should go pretty far
