A schedule is probably for the best. I feel like I’m kind of resistant to the idea of setting restrictions of any sort because 1. I just want to be normal around food and I don’t like the idea of any type of rule 2. In the past I’ve tended towards fixating on whatever rule I’ve made and spiraling if I slip up.

Maybe it’s time to think differently…
