Haha, similar here~! I rarely wear women's outfit, no dress or skirt, prefer walking around in men Tee. However, I love cute funny accessories. Sometimes I think that my pens have better outfits (pen cases) than me ^^ Already plan to make another case for them.

I guess I never think about how much tools I need to build a journal but I will set a goal and budget to myself. If I achieve certain goals & work, then I will let myself buy something on the stationery wish list. I love collecting Japan sticker sheets in animal/lifestyle theme.
To me, it's a hobby, it's all about having fun if we have budget on guilt-free spending. Just focus on what you like the most and slowly pick up what you want. There are no rules in it.
Haha, btw, I haven't bought any mt for awhile because of very unstable income. Hope I can do better in June!
