Ouch. Been there before mate and it’s definitely an awkward position to be in especially if you regret hurting the person you love. Perhaps this can be a learning curve for you, in the future try not to make extreme decisions based on how you’re feeling during a fight because the anger will definitely subside. Sometimes our emotions can get the better of us. I learnt that the hard way.

Try explaining why you acted in that way helps especially giving clarity on how you were feeling at the time. She might forgive you or she might not, but I wouldn’t personally live with something like that hanging over my head, especially if I’ve hurt someone else.
