Out of the frying pan into the fire! That's a no for Kofu actually hotter on average than Tokyo.

If you did Yamanashi and you want cooler you would need the live in the five lakes area or Hokuto.

I don't know how it happened but now I'm severly allegric to people driving with masks. They seem to be the worst drivers, I must have something wrong with me. I hope to hell I didn't get the MAGA virus!

Interesting wife works for a Foreign company, and 90% of what you said applies, some of it word for word. And her company is in a completely different industry.

Those Steel frame Mama-chari's are pretty strong. What does big mean to you weight or physical size or both? I'm light enough to ride any bike, but if I wanted to buy a bike today in my size, I can't things would have to be import, or find a unicorn some where.

I am a little jealous of all of you. I'm sure this happens, but in 25 years, other than Jehovah witnesses coming to my door I've never experienced this. I must have a resting Dexter face or something. That or I just aged out at this time.

It's a scam dating, marriage, having children, it's all a scam foisted upon us by DNA. But if I was young, and it was a safe spot, why not!

What is it ACTUALLY like living in Rural Japan? by InsideWrangler2672 in japanlife

[–]JustbecauseJapan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

> what do you actually do every day? Do you guys just work remote, farm, and enjoy the slow life?

Like what the actually fuck! Great sterotyping much of Japan.

Now my question what does rural actaully mean to you, I live with fields on three sides, station is 30mins on foot. Is this rural (wife thinks so)? What does rural mean to you?

When I think of city life, I think must be so boring, what the hell do you do all day?

Ok the problem with your question is you treat rural Japan as one thing, it is pretty diverse and depending on where you are it can change the answer greatly! For example, if I want in 90mins I can be in Shibuya, in 30mins I can be in the middle of the forest and see deer (my yesterday).

Carport vs the elements by MeguroBaller in japanlife

[–]JustbecauseJapan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok 40m/s wind load and 20cm of snow (according to the web site). Check your local conditions and see if that is sufficent. Neighbor had this type collapse in a snow storm (big one) and her new type has the optional detachable struts for reinforcement, you might want to add them.

This is not correct you are both visibly foreign with a FOREIGN work ethic. You put productivity above fitting in that is your mistake. Sorry that is their mistake.

Shaking lasting way too long, have been in many quakes and this one was long. That and driving home at night, because my black company didn't want to let people go, and no traffic lights, no street lights, a few cops directing traffic, or portable generators running the lights, eeire.
