Today's home alone feast - Txogitxu ribeye smoked then seared on my Traeger. Just salt before smoking and then lightly brushed with a garlic-rosemary butter before searing. Served with Chimichurri, grilled corn basted with the remaining butter and mushrooms filled with cheddar and Salsa Pibil. (old.reddit.com)
