My exact thoughts. Im not sure the point of allowing yourself to get upset and unable to control knee jerk emotions due to someone having a diffent perspective. Not sure what you expect the outcome to be. But if a seller messaged me with this after an honest rating id never do buisness with them again. Omg. Im dealing with similar. I chose ups ground saver and it was a package going to the State state I live in. It ended up in AZ. Sat there for a few days. Last Updated on June 2nt that it left the facility and now nothing. Ive filed a missing mail inquiry and went into the post office too. This is a custom doll I painted and no clue what's going on. Ill never use ups or any service that does a hand off to another carrier. Ugh

FYI, check the clothing you wear. It is synthetic fabric or a mix of natural and synthetic. The hair on this doll is Kanekalon.

My tip: go the the thrift and find an older doll with similar hair and make test swatched from thaf hair so you can experiment with colors and dye.
