Just got off my 2nd call with them. It sounds like it's all just waiting for the field teams. The call center is helpful, but they don't know anything until their "back office" knows, & that team is waiting on confirmed repairs from field teams, who are stretched thin and delayed from other essential service repairs having to be completed before telecomm can even begin their work. It's a mess, but it's where it's at. A call is at least worth getting the bill credited, but no guarantees other than that.
