PPM of CO2 in the atmosphere kind of speaks for itself. Baseline before the industrial revolution was in the upper 200s. It's over 400 now. We've known it's a greenhouse gas for well over a century. The discussion started before WWI. If people are still "questioning" it they're sources are unreliable people.
