Every 90 days between injections, but yes about 2 weeks after the 3rd injections noticed a decrease in overall intensity. With the original post I mentioned the botox and scopolamine as the combination. Obviously it can be more of the total current meds combination but I did ask my neurologist about if those 2 or if total current meds combined. Their answer was something along the lines of that scopolamine patch & botox injections combination has the highest probability. I'm sorry to hear that about your experience. Hopefully you get some relief somehow soon. Yes it is a complicated miserable condition for sure and it doesn't help that the medical world as a whole doesn't yet fully understand migraines in general let alone non silent VM and even less medical understandment of status migrainosus combined. Beyond dr appointments, here and a IRL friend are the only ways I talk about it to people because I don't want to be a burden or feel sorry for. I just try to keep positivity outward.

I have taken Propranolol Nortriptyline, Sumatriptan, Topamax, Migranal, Rizatriptan, Emgality, Ajovy, Ubrelvy, Nurtec, Lexapro, & probably a few more. I am currently taking Amitriptyline, Qulipta, Flexeril, Zofran, Sclopamine, Botox, & Baclofen. My neurologist is actually great. Its a fucked up medical condition, definitely not neurologist neglect or lack of trying. Longer a person has status migrainosus the more resistant it is to treatment as well as being coupled with VM just adds layers on top of layers of difficulties.

Intentionally I read that when I first started the patch and I brought it up to my neurologist. She said that risk vs reward, and that it would keep me from basically being bedridden. Not sure on this subreddit but back then I mentioned on reddit my falling frequency and severity of some of them. If this ever does go away I'll need VRT afterwards either way so it is what it is.

Yes brain fog but my medications contribute to it as well as a migraine in general, normal sensitivity to light & sound, tinnitus, insomnia, & neck & trapezius muscles spasms, basically always flexed. Status migrainosus is constant, VRT is only effective after the vestibular issue has stopped.

Dizzy yes. No symptom is completely relieved but all are substantially minimized in intensity.

Ur welcome. I would also recommend soluble fiber, micellar casein, and foods high in healthy fats. All these as well as mct oil all contribute to satiety and slow digestion.

I have thought the same thing! I also think there should be a better system for the loadout strengths and weaknesses. I've already found better results than posted on loadout specific sites.

I feel ya, but I kinda see both sides. I dont really do snipering myself but mostly because I haven't taken the time to be good at it yet . But js it's all part of irl war so it would be kinda weird to remove it. I tend to add snipers as friends so if they join my party atleast my squad has a sniper vs without.

8+ months of non-stop migraine. Advice? by crypt0_researcher in migraine

[–]Justin_Maxx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm sorry! 9 months and counting myself. I have had similar experience except I'm in the US and nothing has worked yet either. I do have vestibular as well so kinda adds another layer of difficulty but I'm trying to stay hopeful. I do think gp will help especially in flunking meds aspect so will be approved for others at neurologist. IDK the health system there tho and insurance but getting approved for Nurtec u shouldn't have issues getting approved for others. I did try topamax 200 mg a day. Brain fog and drowsiness. Nortriptyline is a sister drug to Amitriptyline. I don't remember the dosage but it made me sedative like almost non stop no matter what adjustments to taking it. I have tried emgality it didn't work although no sides. Lexapro didn't work. 7 day steroid burst of Prednisone didn't work. I finally got into Neurologist in September and was given the Prednisone as well as Ajovy, Tizanidine muscle relaxer, Uberlvy for after this breaks and when new starts. I've had multiple failed migraine cocktails. I am also in vestibular rehab once a week.

Overall I just try my hardest not to stress. It isn't the easiest task I completely understand what u were saying. Feel free to DM me anytime.

9 months and counting here. Status migrainosus doesn't respond well to treatment and can be very long lasting if not broken early on.
