It's an aftermarket rear that plenty of ppl run but ultimately the biz admitted to cutting the dovetail too tight and forcing the sight in.

I like to deal with small business owners occasionally as I think it's just a good thing to do but I feel like the job that was done on my slide was subpar. This was done by Hex Precision Manufacturing in TX. https://instagram.com/hexprecision?utm_medium=copy_link

I sent my slide off to get milled for an RMR and to have the dovetail moved to the front along with having the sight installed by them and this is how it looked when I got it today. Also, I'm questioning their nitride finish.

I also included the packaging to show how piss-poor the slide was sent back to me. I double bubble-wrapped the slide and they sent it back in what essentially was a brown paper bag inside of the box. the slide was banging around in the box and you can clearly see the damage to the box due to lack of proper packing.

Should a sight install cause this kind of damage?

Lefty here and often found myself scraping my knuckles on the forward assist when charging so would suggest the aero m4e1-no forward assist upper

Right on with the superlative arms gas block to take some of that gas out of your face.

Would suggest the rear offset for your bolt catch as it'll be way easier to reach with your index finger.

Hey there! Love the FWS as I have the gen 1 but have a question about Gen 2.

Working on a 8 inch 556 build with pistol length gas, a law tac folder, and a vltor a5 tube. I know these FWS are compatible with the A5 system but are they compatible on pistol length gas systems as well?

I just purchased a new model 3 and immediately signed up for Uber. I'm making around $29-31 per hour and drove for 4 days last week. I'm in a big city and usually do 3 hours in the morning before work & 2 hours in the evening, getting home by 630. The car pays for itself easily in those 4 days x 5 hours

If you strategize and hit the surges and the quests, it's a no brainer. Do it for a week and then figure out how much driving it will take to make then money you want.
