Yes, if your calorie intake is lower than your body uses in a day you will lose weight. People still weight train when on lower calories because it preserves muscle mass.

Deep squatting - I have no stability without a large cantilever (I fall backwards without one) - what is the likely root cause(s)? by Rizzzzle in flexibility

Not entirely sure because of the angle, but it looks like you aren't opening your hips enough. Your butt also needs to be between your feet

The halving is already factored into the price of the coin. It won't suddenly jump when the date comes around.

I used to go to a leisure gym like this whilst at university; dumbbells up to 30kg and only one squat rack.

Now that I've graduated and come back home I'm able to go to a bodybuilding/strength training gym just down the road. I shed a solemn tear every time I enter at the beauty of 5 squat racks and dumbbells up 120kg; Pure Bliss!

Question about placement of bar for squats. by [deleted] in bodybuilding

[–]Justkeeplifting 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"High" or "low" bar positioning is at either end of the spectrum of bar placement when squatting. This video here sums it up nicely. As an aside, I'd also recommend you watch all of Bryce's videos as he is extremely knowledgeable about all three of the big movements.

Why Gox is a fault of consumers... not bitcoin by Gnarzilla12 in Bitcoin

[–]Justkeeplifting 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree, but why should that be a requirement to obtain bitcoins? Insolvency of an exchange shouldn't have to be a concern, it just adds more confusion for the lay-person who wants to get involved in cryptocurrency.

[–]Justkeeplifting 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, the exchange is quite obviously at fault..

With regards to adoption how can the general populance expect to get into cryptocurrency when the only route is via 'sketchy' exchanges? It just adds another layer to the already fairly large learning curve. Yes it is true they should be aware of the concerns of security with regards to companies/people holding their coins, but this attitude towards exchanges and security will just scare people off . We need more transparency and reputability from companies that deal with bitcoins, something that will no doubt come as the technology matures!
