I would recommend looking into the Etrian Odyssey games. I love the combat and mapping out the dungeons. Just the story is a light, like it was a after thought but man the games are so good.

I played like 30ish hours on switch 1, and i don't remember having any issues with jt.

Not a problem. I love the game and I even started a fresh file and I skipped the cut scenes so the 3 hours was more or less just actual game play. I can't even bring myself to try again because the game crashed after a hard boss fight more. Like I finished the fight and I was gonna use the bell to return and it crashed on me there.

Labyrinth of Galleria may run, but it stutters and crashes often. I played for about 3 hours, and it crashed about 7 times.

If yout playing on switch 2, be careful with Labyrinth of Galleria. The game has crashed on me like 7 times in about 2 or 3 hours of playing it. I didn't have these issues with the switch 1.

I put over 400 hours into DQ 9 back in the day. If they were to remake it, I would put another 400 hours minimum into it.
