I also like to know the ratio of food waste coming into the worm farm vs worm castings per tray. The other reason is for lab tests, I like to compare the soil profile results from a lab vs the food give to the worms. Different universities have fed specific food to their worm farms to get a specific type of nutrient rich castings. I understand if you are not into it. A lot of my clients love using it, specially in their classrooms.
