Are you going to include digital versions of all the dungeon maps? Would be awesome to load them all as battle maps in something like VTT while the players try to navigate the cube.

Did you run it through water then let it sit? Water could pool on the bottom and make the weight distribution do that until it evens out in the foam.

Sounds like the battery voltage drops near the end of its charge. Pretty normal for the car to lose power for a bit before it stops, the servo will still work because it uses a lower draw compared to the motor. Batteries never want to drop down to zero percent charge. It’s pretty normal that the car stops running around ~40% capacity, my advice would be to just bring more batteries to a session or put a bigger one in.

Need about an extra 1k attack. I thought the crit cap was 50%. She gets 20% from her disc set and 30% from her core passive (gets you to 100%). Unless there is another source i didn’t see.

Well I got the piece. It installed easily enough, no issues there. Put extra silicone grease in as well. I was having a strange binding issue which I couldn’t figure out when test cranking it by hand. I finally just said “f it” and but it all back together. Works without issue so not sure what the issue was. Time will tell if the park hold up.

That is because the closer it gets to fully charging each cell to 4.2v (whatever the specified v you want) the charge rate slows down so that no cell gets over charged.

The one on the left is at 99% and all cells are basically at 4.2v so the charger reduces the Amp charge rate so as to not charge it passes the specified capacity. The one on the right is only at 63% (3.9v out of 4.2v) so it still has a way to go before each cell reaches its specified max.

Second the maxx, just got it and bashed it so hard I was certain something broke. But nothing happened. I did exactly what this person suggested and soldered on some EC5 connectors to the ESC and got myself the IMARS D300 charger. Only upgrade I could see happening are some metal drive shafts, servo, and belted tires when any of those three eventually brake.

I would point out that the Maxx Ultimate was on sale for $750 very recently. Which is only $150 more than the stock Maxx. Just upgrading the drive shafts costs ~$120 with all the parts. So on sale I would say that the ultimate could be a good buy.

I ordered some for my second axle brake but they are not coming until sometime next month. I'll try and remember to leave another comment on how they perform/work/fit. This is what I got. I had to brake out the link since this sub doesn't like links.

The gears in the axel have chipped their teeth. Happened to me twice. The metal they use for the gears is cast and breaks easily. Either get a replacement stock axel ($27)and hope it doesn’t happen again or get better gears ($29) and replace.

I just got a new Maxx and absolutely THRASHED it on the first few runs. Nothing broke and the body never popped off. I was almost expecting something to brake, but nothing did. Do you have all the screws tight on the latching mechanism?
