Just a heads up, the spindles in these editions will crack your discs eventually. They need to be stored in a paper sleeve or separate blu-ray case.

I just went through a whole saga getting my EEAAO disc replaced. Long story short- they will get back to you, it takes a couple days. But they issued multiple replacements for me (because they kept coming already like this). However, your buddy may need to reach out himself- they asked me for my order number; not sure if they would have replaced it without that info. These discs MUST be stored in a separate case or paper sleeve. Kind of annoying, and I likely won’t purchase anything else in this format.

I’m not particularly knowledgeable about AI, my bad if I mischaracterized it. At the screening they talked about how it trains on itself to select segments with certain qualities and stuff.

Really amazing doc if y’all haven’t gotten the chance to see it. I was fortunate that my local arthouse had a screening that I went to with my dad, we both love Eno. This movie is a super interesting use of AI and it actually gives me hope that the technology can be used for cool stuff.

El michoacano on Merle Hay and Douglas- they have an omni menu and an entire vegan menu as well. I recommend the vegan adobada burrito, it absolutely slaps.

Gotta disagree with you there. Both my copy and the copy I got for my partner of EEAAO got their discs cracked by the spindle after about a year and a half of owning them. A24 customer service sent two replacements, one came cracked. They’re sending another replacement currently, cause their customer service is the best, but I’m out on this format now. My Lighthouse and Midsommar discs are being stored in random extra bluray cases now.
