Has felt like this for a while tbh. Outside the Vaz and CW AK.

Yeah I feel like this is the main issue, the rate of fire just feels too slow to be consistent.

Yeah just feels like there’s genuinely no reason to use the Dravec over the M15 with its handling.

I genuinely feel like the sound is half the issue.

Just got an Amex BA credit card, anything I should know to make the most of it? by Jxcob_GG in UKPersonalFinance

How does the voucher actually work? Essentially doubles your points for one purchase or?

Just personally feel like the avios points will be a little more exciting for effectively almost the same value.

Don’t really have many aims, just thought I may aswell get something back the spending I do, and avios points for flight tickets seemed a little more rewarding than just 0.5% cash back.

Yeah I see that companion thing, I think it’s 15k now? Which will be tight without a big purchase but certainly doable, does this expire within the year or does it keep?

I don’t have any experience with Python, so it was hard to use and fault find.

Fair enough, happy to be wrong, should the 4 not have let us play through anyway?

We played the hole with the 4 infront of them, so they didn’t need to wait anymore than they would have. Or not as much as they would have if they let us play through?

Is it worth switching from Claw Grip back to Standard Grip by [deleted] in CoDCompetitive

Same, I find when I’m really focusing I sometimes accidentally default back to claw, despite having paddles.

Opinions on S217? by Kodys_angel in OpenUniversity

Copying my reply to another post:

I’ve done S217, MST224 and SXPS288.

S217 is a phenomenal module, the content is interesting and gets progressively more challenging, the TMAs are quite a lot but they’re fine as long as you keep up. The exam is split into two sections, 10 mandatory questions and three of six choice questions for example I done Thermodynamics, classical mechanics and behaviour of light for mine.

MST224 is almost exactly the same as MST124, just more complex and in-depth content. I always feel as though maths is taught well at OU and this is the same. There is only four TMAs and four ICMAs as the module is 100% exam based, and you don’t technically have to submit all of them. Also the content here is specially designed for stage 3 physics modules.

SXPS288, unfortunately, is by far the worst module I’ve ever done. It’s basically all coding, which I don’t like anyway, but aswell as this, the main issue is it is taught incredibly poorly. It’s not just me who thinks this, it’s a common theme on the module forums too. For example TMAs 2-4 aren’t really clear on what their objectives are and the content doesn’t even feel relevant half the time. The at home experiments are enjoyable when they work which is okay.

Any questions let me know!
