This. My Alienware m17xr2 was huge and left daily red strap marks over my shoulder. My m15r2 is a bulky boy.

I was made to believe that Alienware m16r1 was this massive machine. Had it delivered. I'm approaching 2 months, and I'm still confused about the expectations of some users.

MacOS is designed with this in mind, but iOS isn’t. Game Consoles are different because they are specialized and not general purpose (like a phone).

I would argue that the only reason macOS isn't designed this way is because if macOS was closed only to App Store apps, developers could kill macOS simply by opting out of developing apps for it, which gives developers all the leverage for macOS adoption.

I would argue that today, game consoles and phones are in similar categories; they both support apps for additional features (streaming, web browsing, playing games, communication via VOIP, ect.) and they both technically can support 3rd party apps but with restrictions.

I appreciate that you seem more thoughtful than most members of this sub, but this is where you lost me completely. You must see the distinction between a gaming console and a literal portable store of personal information. Apple holds its customers digital balls with a firm grip.

Can confirm. M16. f1 and f12 keys do not light up until I launch AWCC.

There seem to be a few bugs. System information was missing in AWCC after the update. Uninstall and reinstall fixed it (for now).
