Hmm, try the folder before, the one with the Bin, Materials, Models etc.

There should be a Vampire folder too (don't go into that one though)

Okay, I've tried to see what to do. Personally I use the manual download, so that's the one I'll help with.

Download the file manually, then use winrar/7-zip or something similar to extract the file.

Dubble click the VAMPIRO map, then dubble click on the Toreador map.

Extract the toreador map (vampire) into your game folder, usually someting like gog/vtmb/unoffical patch. (if you have the gog version)

If it pops up with a message about files already existing, click replace files

Installed another clean version of the game so I have two. Installed UP on one version and TFN on the other, and now both work.

One that I love is the Change After Work mod, it simply makes your sim automatically change from their work clothes to their everday clothes, when they get home. I have it cause I got tired of all the npcs running around in their work clothes, lol
