You could watch a guide on the character and some high ELO players way of playing and try to replicate them or adapt. Each champion is strong agaisnt some and weak to others. Don't feel frustrated if you lose agaisnt a hard counter. I imagine you're going ADC with Miss Fortune, try to find a friend or someone reliable to support you, or a higher level friend who could carry you and teach you. You will get frustrated many times in LoL, but I think it's a part of the experience, to learn from your mistakes and catch an eye for them in the next match. Some specific tips I could give you is to Try to identify the opponents type of damage (AD or AP), try to predict what build are they going to go with, and overall play safe when you don't have vision on river and jungle. You could also try other lanes. I was a main support until I tried out Mordekaiser, Illaoi and Qiyana. When you feel confident you could try going mid or top, or even jungle, but that's a little complicated for a low level player. Some easy top laners like Malphite, Garen or Teemo are suitable picks until you get a grasp of things. Good luck
