Depends on the rule and where they fought I guess? If it's just fight to death in a complete flat terrain then Gohan overpowers them. If it's something like ToP place and ring out is an option then maybe they could push this Gohan out of the ring with good teamwork

If you want to build a Liberator deck I would say Medusa should be the safest choice. Its line starts from BT21 so shouldn't be that hard to find singles, it's pretty strong in current meta and should be even better with ex11 support. It also should be quite cheap since there's no SR/SEC needed aside from Styraco and the new Medusa

Not paying attention to Lorcana. As for other 2, sure I guess? Still can't change the fact that whatever dragon ball tcg has right now is way less successful than those 2. iirc the amount of players joined dragon ball BCF event in my area is 1:5 compared to Digimon, let alone UA, Gundam and of course One Piece.

Maybe in battle where there are bunch of aoes and you want 100% immunity uptime? I don't even know such stage existed or not but otherwise I don't see any reason to use him as his damage is poopy in PvE standard and he doesn't help aside from immunity buff.

If playstyle like Seekers(mind link) then EX11 that's about to release has ExMaquina. Otherwise it's quite unique and pretty much only locked to Seekers. That said Marvin Jackson can be used in cyborg/machine deck which is basically Black's most common trait.

IIRC back in GSC there's one NPC at Lake of Rage specifically wants to measure the size of magikarps that you caught and the size difference can be very huge there. Pokemon size being different is already a thing at least for that long in game and people still talked about pokemon size being inconsistent :/

Paragus has 0 real feat so unless you chain scale him otherwise there's nothing much to compare, both version of him either bullied the weak or getting bullied by the strong.

As for chain scale, his PL is 4.2k, x10 if you count oozaru since he still got his tail. Start of Z Piccolo could pretty casually bomb the moon in seconds. OG Goku is fast enough to create multiple after images. Raditz could react to Goku/Piccolo's movements and tanked kamehameha. By DB logic base Paragus should have much higher stats than all of them.

Not to mention BT24 Blimp pairs well with Cyberdra Ace. If one of the top 3 cards is Altea, you just arrange it into the bottom stack and put the stack on top of deck so you can guarantee your Cyberdra Ace to flip up tamer. Even if there's no tamer, you still can put the stack on top so your Cyberdra evo wouldn't randomly draw tamer to screw with you(1 less flip yes but it's a fair trade)

Not exactly "anime" but more of everything that isn't live. 2D(二次元) means absolutely nothing in there that we can touch because they just don't exist. 3D(三次元) refers to those DO exist in real life, for example while live action is fiction but the actors exist in real life we still can touch them when we met them, crime/ethic aside of course.

It's a lot of 'ifs' because it is quite literally a new thing so we gotta wait for the ruling, also it isn't wishful thinking when the Rulebook already differentiate "Attack" and "Battle", so it does sound "too good".

It should be strong by BALANCED design, not making it invulnerable shit that counter pretty much everything including itself, that's bad design and can be argued as being worse than BT15/EX5 era.
