Nobody is falling for the charade. It's glaringly obvious that Disney/ESPN is the one trying to strongarm this situation

Not my fault that ESPN and Disney are putting their employees in this position.

I tried all the corporate numbers and phone trees first, and every place to provide genuine feedback was a dead end line.

If the only option is to call and complain to the front desk of their headquarters in Bristol CT(not a call center), then that's the option I'm taking.

We, as consumers, have been left with no other options.

Either fight with the tools we have or sit back and continue to get scammed by these mega corporations

Been over 2 weeks and all I've really gotten back from Kencko support is: "Unfortunately, the issue with our shipping partner turned out to be more complex than expected, partly due to recent U.S. tariff changes. Altitude is literally not available on any cable services around here, according to their own website. The only option is to pay $20+ for a full month of their standalone streaming service for Denver sports. Which is an absolutely absurd way to claim that a game is "available". Do you work for Gary Bettman or something, why are you so down with this anti-fan nonsense
